It's only been 3-4 months since I joined the company but still, I feel like I have been a part of the company for many years only because of supportive and helpful culture of company. All the seniors, team member and directors are very supportive. All are always ready to help each other to grow up the company and grow up the skills of employee as well. I always heard that,  "To achieve greatest success we must help each other" and this is followed by all  Cleverexians that's why I am feeling very happy and relaxed while working. I am grateful for the opportunity to explore my knowledge, skills and enhance my professional as well as my personal growth. I'm so glad to be part of Cleverex too. 

I like to work with ClevereX most because of the working environment, organization's free culture and work flexibility. I enjoy Hybrid working style the most. I get many opportunities like learning new languages like Angular and Golang. I feel rewarded and appreciated at work and I am gladly working with ClevereX. Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others. I feel motivated because ClevereX team members and directors are always ready to help if am I stuck anywhere or I need any type of help.

It has been two months since I joined Cleverex Technology and I am absolutely loving it. The communication structure of the company is wonderful as it makes work a lot easier. I am learning new things every day and it is very important for me personally to build a successful career.   Since I joined, the team has been very supportive and has helped me in every step, no matter how trivial the things. Working closely with team has motivated me to work harder as everyone is puts their maximum efforts to complete the project on time. The flexible work timings and choice of mode of work is what I like most about the company. 

I am working with Cleverex for past 7 months and I like the atmosphere  and opportunities provided here.  This is a place where you have the same good vibes to work whether its a Friday or Monday.Working on different technology from technical perspective and a place where your ideas are heard and discussed is what I enjoy the most. Since I like to work more in technical area , I got a chance to explore technologies and other open source tools. The aim for any project is to bring a concept which require less efforts and build faster to achieve the user stories.So far , I just wish if I could have joined this company earlier , but any how happy that I got a chance to work in this company. Definitely there is a good growth path for every individual.Company has a very positive culture , where the environment is good and you don’t feel burden with any formal / informal things. There is a good level of transparency , flexibility and trust that leadership and other Senior management has on you. Leadership is quite approachable , you can share your concerns , ideas and they do discuss with you about the same. You feel like you are heard and leadership will be there to support you. Leadership has a good vision as can be seen in the town hall meeting and its succeed to provide clear picture on growth path to everyone.I feel quite empowered and motivated , as I get chance to explore tools and technology that help me to enhance my skills but also I am at ease while working on such things.  Most perfect example is that there are no Monday Blues 😊 while working in the project
