    The client is one of the large Service Provide in APAC region. To enhance the customer experience, the client wanted to ensure the high availability of their services. To attain this goal, they decided to implement the Geospatial capability, which will help provide succinct impact determination, understand the urgency and help with the effective use of available resources.

    Current Challenges:

    The service provider leadership struggled to see a real-time and accurate business impact. It’s difficult to pinpoint which sites are impacted and which all customers are likely to be affected. Without geographical awareness of service disruption, the Field workforce struggled to find a location quickly. This led to frustration and a lack of information for customers, executives and operations teams. This also resulted in the incorrect deployment of resources, resulting in high time to restore the services and inefficient management of assets.
